pinNest（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・提供する iOS アプリです。 本アプリをご利用いただく前に、このプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。

収集する情報

本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人識別情報を収集しません。

本アプリが収集・利用する情報は以下のとおりです。

1. クラッシュ・パフォーマンス情報（Firebase Crashlytics / Firebase Performance）

アプリの安定性向上を目的として、クラッシュ発生時のスタックトレース、デバイスの種類・OS バージョン、アプリのバージョン情報を収集します。これらのデータは Google LLC が提供する Firebase を通じて処理されます。

2. 利用統計（Firebase Analytics）

アプリの機能改善を目的として、画面遷移・ボタン操作などの匿名化されたイベントデータを収集します。特定の個人を識別できる情報は含まれません。

3. URL メタデータ（LPMetadataProvider）

URL タイプのコンテンツを保存する際、ページのタイトル・サムネイル画像を取得するために対象 URL に通信します。取得したデータはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。

4. 写真・ファイル

本アプリは画像・動画・PDF を保存するためにフォトライブラリおよびファイルへのアクセスを求めます。選択したファイルはお使いの端末内のアプリコンテナにのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。

クロスアプリトラッキング

本アプリは、他のアプリや Web サイトをまたいだトラッキングは行いません。

データの保存場所

ピン（保存コンテンツ）はお使いの端末内（SwiftData）に保存されます。外部サーバーへのバックアップや同期は行いません。Firebase を通じて処理される匿名化データは Google のサーバーに保存されます。

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更する場合があります。変更後は本ページに掲載し、最終更新日を更新します。

Introduction

pinNest (“the App”) is an iOS application developed by an individual developer. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the App.

Information We Collect

The App does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

1. Crash & Performance Data (Firebase Crashlytics / Firebase Performance)

To improve app stability, we collect crash reports including stack traces, device type, OS version, and app version. This data is processed through Firebase, provided by Google LLC.

2. Usage Statistics (Firebase Analytics)

To improve app features, we collect anonymized event data such as screen views and button taps. No personally identifiable information is included.

3. URL Metadata (LPMetadataProvider)

When saving a URL, the App fetches the page title and thumbnail image from the target URL. Fetched data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external server other than the target URL.

4. Photos & Files

The App requests access to your photo library and files to save images, videos, and PDFs. Selected files are stored only in the App’s local container on your device and are never sent externally.

Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Personal identifiers (name, email, etc.)

Cross-App Tracking

The App does not track you across other apps or websites.

Data Storage

Your pins (saved content) are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. No backup or sync to external servers is performed. Anonymized data processed through Firebase is stored on Google’s servers.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
